Return Policy
Azalea Dawn LLC currently fulfills orders via Amazon (i.e. uses Amazon FBA). Therefore, all of Amazon's policies apply and the point of contact for policies, disputes, issues, or needs for adjustment will be Amazon. Changes in Amazon's policies will be relevant to all purchases made. Azalea Dawn does not accept or assist in issues that arise with Amazon as Azalea Dawn LLC manages product creation, not product fulfillment.
In plain language: We do not have Jeff Bezos' personal phone number, either, so Amazon Customer Service will have to suffice.

Refund Policy
Azalea Dawn LLC does not personally provide any refunds, in part or in full, on products regardless of what sales channel they are purchased. For products purchased via Amazon, the refund policy of Amazon.com for your country of residence applies and can be found on their website or by contacting Amazon Customer Support with all relevant purchase information. In plain language, if Amazon does not offer you a refund, we cannot do so either. If Amazon has agreed to refund you for a purchase, that must be and can only be done through Amazon.com
